The original information source, whether at your cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on your private servers always stays only with you. We are aligned with IS027001, C5, we follow the regulatory framework of the AI act and of course abide by GDPR.

Our agent CUE is powered by our industry-specific advanced graphRAG, which is constantly updated and improved. We use industry schemas as an enabler for the semantic interoperability between systems in the construction domain. We rely heavily on w3c standards (ISO 19650 BIM/IM, ISO 16739 IFC, ISO/IEC 21838 BFO and ISO 21597 ICDD) and on established ontologies (such as OWL-Time, PROV-O and SSN/SOSA).

The answers are based on your project or asset data and documents. Users will always see the source of the information to identify where the answers originate from. In addition, we use a combination of graphs and vector databases (neural graphs) to provide our users with the best of both worlds. So if a human can find the information, we can too. With our graphRAG system we retrieve the most relevant information with the most up-to-date knowledge.

Our agent CUE understands content from common construction industry tools such as plans, documents and BIM models. It is fine-tuned for construction terminology and it understands standard terms in any language. The performance and accuracy of the service can be improved by training it on specific data sources or phrases that are unique to your business.

Of course, the agent has to "read" your data once to answer your questions, but the source files never leave the original environment and are not stored again externally. The results can be used in your private environment or stored in our secure data centre based on GCP. We strictly follow the right of ownership. The data and the data model can always be transferred to you at any time and deleted from our system without residue.
